About Us

 The Ohio Medical Marijuana Physicians Association (OMMPA) was formally established in May, 2019.  Our mission is to provide information, representation, tools, and support to Ohio Medical Marijuana Physicians and their practices.  While physicians are busy managing their practices, OMMPA provides extra capacity to work issues on their behalf with the Ohio State Medical Board and the Ohio State Pharmacy Board.  OMMPA connects with professionals across the Medical Marijuana industry to help our members overcome the barriers they face, through education, scaled services, and channeling their collective voices.  Our end goal is to ensure Ohio physicians are enabled to provide efficient care for their patients.
